EFE is expanding its production capabilities and launching a new line of business—the manufacture of custom reinforced concrete products. From now on, we will be creating solutions that are tailored to specific projects and customer specifications, rather than adapting requests to standard elements.
Customized reinforced concrete is a balance of precision and flexibility in solutions. We work with individual parameters of objects, which allows us to create solutions that are optimally integrated into each client's request. This is a strategic direction for us, as it allows us to move from the limitations of serial production to a full-fledged project approach, reduces the cost of adapting solutions, and improves the quality of implementation of complex architectural objects, comments Serhii Duritskyi, Technical Director of EFE.
What is so special about it?
The new direction involves a full cycle of work: from design to manufacturing and installation. This allows us to find technically effective and economically sound solutions at the development stage. The EFE team works with high-quality materials and modern production technologies that ensure geometric accuracy, compliance with design loads, and structural durability.
How we work:
EFE builds its work with customized reinforced concrete solutions as a consistent engineering process — from the initial request to the implementation of structures on site.
Consultation
The team provides free consultation upon client request. The customer can contact us with an already developed project or at the stage of forming technical specifications—in this case, specialists help determine the optimal logic of the future solution.
Project development
EFE also provides free design services: cross-section calculations, 3D modeling, preparation of working drawings and specifications. This work is carried out by the company's own design department. At the same time, a commercial proposal is prepared, allowing the customer to evaluate the technical and economic parameters of the solution at an early stage.
Structure manufacturing
After agreeing on the terms and payment, the company proceeds to manufacture custom reinforced concrete products and arranges their shipment to the construction site.
Installation – if necessary
At the client's request, EFE can provide installation of structures on site, completing the project as a comprehensive engineering solution.

The development of individual reinforced concrete at EFE's production facilities is aimed at balancing the Ukrainian market. A significant part of such products was supplied from central regions, which created an additional burden on logistics, increased the cost of the facility, queues at manufacturers, and the dependence of customers on their production schedules.
EFE's increased presence in the western region expands market access to customized reinforced concrete solutions and gives customers greater operational flexibility. This involves a systematic strengthening of the company's offering at the national level: the company works on projects throughout Ukraine, while reducing the logistical burden for some facilities in the west of the country. In practice, this means faster project implementation, more predictable delivery times, and lower logistics costs.
We see market demand for greater availability of customized reinforced concrete solutions. Developing this area at our facilities allows us to partially relieve the logistical burden on central manufacturers and, at the same time, strengthen the market as a whole.
