Location and equipment

The production facility is located on the territory of the former Shchyrets Concrete Products Plant. At the time of purchase, the facility was no longer in operation and was to be liquidated. At the same time, we were looking for a location that would allow us to place hangars with a production line for bridge girders. At the same time, we needed to increase the production of paving stones and metal structures.

Location and equipment

This EFE location operates on the territory of a former asphalt plant. However, all production facilities were built from scratch, and the capacities have been updated by 100%. Our production facility at Aviatsionna is equipped with modern, high-quality and high-tech equipment. Our production facilities include:

3D machine for bending reinforcing bars made by the Italian company Schnell

2 presses for the molding of PV modules for the Turkish company Mustafa Yontar

concrete mixing plant with computerized dosing by the Turkish company Ozfen

machine for forming reinforced concrete products by the Italian company CGM

Advantages of the facility

Own laboratory

In the near future, the company plans to have its own certified laboratory to control the quality of its products in production.

Solar power plant

The company's own 800 kWh solar power plant covers up to 35% of the plant's needs in Shchyrytsia and ensures timely fulfillment of urgent orders despite the energy crisis and power outages.

Favorable location

The convenient location in Shirka provides easy access for customers with their own transport. Reinforced concrete structures are usually shipped by rail thanks to the railroad track that enters the company's territory.

Own sand

The plant in Shchyrytsia has its own raw material base of sand from Agrobudservice (quarry of the Pivdenno-Trostyanetsky deposit, Lviv region), which is also part of ONUR GROUP.

Overstocking of products

It is possible to overstock the purchased products (paving stones, paving slabs, reinforced concrete and metal structures) on 2 hectares of warehouse space.

Own workshop

Construction of a separate workshop for the production of steel structures will begin soon.

Bridge in Irpin

The plant successfully sells reinforced concrete and metal structures in Zakarpattia and Lviv region.

But at the same time, its landmark project was the production of bridge beams for the restoration of a bridge in Irpin, Kyiv region.
